Key Responsibilities

• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or sanitizer spray to maintain cleanliness.
• Set tables with menus, utensils, condiments, and other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes, transporting them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Assist in serving food and beverages to guests as needed.
• Perform cleaning and stocking duties to facilitate excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools or machines necessary for the position.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, or pulling heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
