Looking for an entry level Sous. This is a great position for a strong line cook with some experience in high level prepping, soup making and possibly banquet service. We use quality, locally sourced ingredients where possible and there is much to be learned in this scratch cooking kitchen. Spanish a plus. 35-40k depending on experience. Average work week 50 hours.
