Responsibilites include:

• Prepare breakfast and brunch items to order with speed and consistency
• Daily food preparation for your station items
• Daily cleanliness/sanitation/food safety of assigned station.
• Attention to detail: ability to follow recipes, specific portions and quality presentation
• Strong egg skills - ability to cook eggs ALL ways!
• Prepare breakfast and brunch items to order with consistency and speed
• Restocking the station as needed throughout the day and at the end
• Works well with all team members - communicates clearly with the front-of-house staff and with other cooks to ensure smooth service
• Multi-tasking and able to handle high volume in a very fast paced kitchen
