Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Assist walk-in clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and follow up with clients regarding their inquiries.
- Payment Processing: Handle and process client payments efficiently.
- Mail Management: Organize and manage mailers and other correspondence.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning.
- Errands: Run minimal errands to support agency operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
Schedule
- This is a part-time position. Monday 9AM-5PM and Thursday 9AM-5PM (flexible)
