Job Description

The Executive Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, systems, and leadership across all BEAST operations.

This role sits above the General Manager level and ensures that production, quality, financial performance, and leadership development are executed consistently across all locations.

You are responsible for building systems, developing leaders, and ensuring the BEAST standard is delivered at scale.

What You’ll Do

Operational Oversight

• Oversee performance across all locations and departments

• Ensure production, logistics, and service meet BEAST standards

• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions

Leadership Development

• Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams

• Build bench strength across all locations

• Hold leadership accountable to performance standards

Financial Performance

• Oversee P&L performance across locations

• Identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency

• Drive accountability in labor and cost control

Systems & Growth

• Standardize processes across all operations

• Support expansion and new location openings

• Ensure consistency in training and execution
