CATERING & EVENTS MANAGER (Sales + Execution)

Job Description

The Catering & Events Manager owns revenue growth, event execution, and client experience for all catering operations.

This role is responsible for both selling events and ensuring flawless execution. You are the connection between the client, kitchen, and operations team.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Growth

• Generate catering leads and close new business

• Build relationships with corporate and private clients

• Drive repeat business and referrals

Event Execution

• Coordinate logistics for all catering events

• Ensure food quality, timing, and presentation

• Oversee on-site event execution when needed

Operations

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and production teams

• Manage scheduling and staffing for events

• Ensure all events meet BEAST standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

• Sales-driven with a strong customer focus

• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends required)
