Job Summary

AutoplexES is seeking motivated Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.

This role focuses on inbound customer inquiries — meaning customers are already interested and contacting us directly. There is no cold calling required.

Through paid training and ongoing coaching, Sales Representatives learn how to guide customers through solutions while building a rewarding, long-term sales career.

Compensation

• Earnings Range: $67,000 – $105,000 annually

• Performance-based commissions

• $1,000 Signing Bonus

• Paid training program

• Full-time position with advancement opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound sales calls from interested customers

• Educate customers on available protection programs

• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions

• Build trust through professional communication

• Accurately document customer interactions

• Meet individual and team performance goals

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

• Goal-oriented and motivated mindset

• Ability to work in a structured sales environment

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Sales experience is helpful but not required
