Description
Responsibilities
-Maintaining all Audio Visual hardware and software including but not limited to:
Speakers, TVs, Projectors, House and Production Lighting, Computers, Sound Boards, DJ Controllers, as well as Wiring and Cable Management
-Detecting, Defining, and Troubleshooting errors and problems in a timely manner
-Fix or send out for repairs malfunctioning equipment
-Setup and operate microphones, sound systems and presentations for meetings
-Work closely with the Operations staff on various focused needs
-Work directly with the Production Manager and DJs
-Work directly with customers and clients for private events
-Facilitate sports watch parties and game requests throughout the building
-Assist with the setup and execution of local and national concerts
-Interact with clients to assist with presentations and specific production needs
Qualifications
-Experience in setting up and operating AV equipment
-Familiarity with various types of AV systems, including video, audio and lighting
-Ability to lift / carry 50-60 pounds
-Knowledge of signal flow
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Problem solving skills and attention to detail
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-High School Diploma required
-1-2 years industry experience preferred

The Armory is looking for passionate, hard working AV technicians to join the Production Team. You will work in a fun, high energy environment creating memorable experiences for people from all walks of life. From live music to DJs to sports watch parties and corporate events, there will always be a new challenge to overcome and celebrate. You will be part of a team that operates a world class sound system, concert and house lighting, as well as a massive LED wall and video production throughout the building. You will be responsible, in part, for high level production on a diverse array of events, and must have strong communication skills.
